La Campagne Tropicana is off the Lekki-Epe Expressway at Ikegun. The race travel page mentions a drive of about an hour, but traffic makes that unreliable, so ask the resort for a current figure.

Nights One to Three: The Resort

Book accommodation directly with the operator. Keep the days easy: rest, short walks and time by the water. Skip anything strenuous, including canopy or water activities, until your legs recover.

Getting Back

Return to Lagos in daylight, with a very generous margin before your flight from Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS). Agree the transfer in advance. Ask your hotel to hold luggage if you are breaking the journey.
